Service Description
Every family starts with a free 15-minute consultation, whether you’re exploring options or already know which level of support you’d like. This initial conversation allows us to learn about your child’s math experiences, challenges, and goals so we can tailor our coaching to meet their needs. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and gain insight into how our approach can support your child’s learning. This session also helps us do some pre-planning, ensuring that when we begin working together, we can dive right into actionable strategies that will make the biggest impact for your family.
Terms
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy: Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed through our online booking system. Once your booking is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email. Cancellation Policy: - Only applies to paid booking sessions. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will only qualify for a 50% refund. Rescheduling Policy: - Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. - If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation, and the above cancellation policy will apply. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. Payment Policy: - Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms.
