Service Description
Our tutoring model recognizes that learning doesn't happen in isolation. We create a holistic support system that extends learning beyond the tutoring session by actively engaging key adults in the educational process. When adults understand the learning their child is doing, they can reinforce concepts at other times so students experience more consistent, meaningful learning. This collaborative approach helps children build confidence and achieve greater success with math. We designed our approach with flexible adult participation in mind. You are welcome to join the entire 1-hour session, the final 10 minutes, or anywhere in between. This approach ensures that the adults supporting the child are informed, involved, and equipped to reinforce learning, creating a connected educational experience.
Terms
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy: Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed through our online booking system. Once your booking is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email. Cancellation Policy: - Only applies to paid booking sessions. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will only qualify for a 50% refund. Rescheduling Policy: - Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. - If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation, and the above cancellation policy will apply. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. Payment Policy: - Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms.
